PHC moved against imposition of governor rule in KP

PESHAWAR
Petition has been filed in Peshawar High Court (PHC) against imposition of governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP.
The petition has been filed by Suleman advocate making president, prime minister and governor KP respondents.
The petition said imposition of governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP is illegal , unconstitutional and based on ill intent and against the basic rights and mandate of democracy.
The court has been prayed the steps of imposition of governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP be declared illegal and null and void besides suspending the order of governor rule till the final decision of this case.
