CTO chairs meeting to finalize Eid traffic management plan

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Dr. Zahidullah chaired an important meeting attended by senior traffic officials to devise a comprehensive strategy for maintaining smooth traffic flow across Peshawar during Eid-ul-Adha.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding traffic management outside major cattle markets, including the Kala Mandi cattle market, Ring Road cattle market, and other livestock markets established in different parts of the city.
Addressing the participants, CTO Dr. Zahidullah said that City Traffic Police Peshawar would utilize all available resources to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow during Eid-ul-Adha. He directed traffic officials and personnel to remain deployed outside cattle markets to effectively manage vehicular movement and prevent congestion.
The CTO also issued orders for the deployment of additional traffic personnel at key points around the markets. He instructed officials to take strict action against violators of no-parking zones and urged citizens to park their vehicles only in designated parking stands to avoid disruption of traffic.
Dr. Zahidullah further stated that he would personally supervise the traffic management arrangements throughout Eid-ul-Adha to ensure smooth flow of traffic across the city.
