ISLAMABAD
Minister of State & Special Assistant to the PM Huzaifa Rehman on Friday emphasized that security will be ensured for KPK’s Chief Minister Sohail Afridi during his visit to Punjab, warning that any unlawful activity or attempt to disturb law and order will face strict legal action and stressing that all public gatherings must remain within the law and democratic boundaries.
Speaking to a private media channel, Huzaifa Rehman assured that KPK’ s Chief Minister Sohail Afridi is welcome to visit Punjab and engage with his supporters.

He reaffirmed that full security would be provided for the CM’s visit and any attempts to cause disorder would be dealt with firmly.
Responding to a query about Imran Khan’ meeting , Huzaifa Rehman questioned how PTI could be allowed to meet in Kot Lakhpat when they were denied access in Adiala Jail, stressing that the law would be applied consistently. Rehman assured that the government is committed to maintaining law and order throughout the visit.
He commended the leadership of CM Punjab, stating that the people of Punjab are fully satisfied with his leadership and the practical steps being taken. Rehman emphasized that the people firmly believe in democracy and trust the current government’s ability to uphold it, contrasting it with the disruptive tactics used by others.
