
A course completion ceremony was held in honor of the graduating students of the eighth batch of BS Education and the sixth batch of B.Ed under the auspices of the Department of Education of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan.
The special guest of the ceremony was Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Jamil Ahmed, while the Chairman of the Department of Education, Professor Dr. Muhammad Idrees, Professor Dr. Murad, faculty members and students participated in large numbers.
During the ceremony, the students cut a cake to celebrate the successful completion of the course and celebrated their academic success.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Jamil Ahmed said that a modern and digital system is being introduced in the university, under which the degrees and transcripts will be provided to the future students on completion of the semester through an automated system. He said that no clearance will be required for this process, which will save both the valuable time and resources of the students.
He further said that the university administration has not increased the degree fees and semester fees. He expressed his determination that providing maximum facilities to the students and a transparent administrative system is the top priority of the university.
In his address, the Chairman of the Department of Education, Professor Dr. Muhammad Idrees, congratulated all the graduating students and said that the Department of Education is constantly striving for quality teaching, modern research and promotion of practical skills. He expressed the hope that the graduating students will bring glory to the university and the country in their professional lives.
At the end of the ceremony, the guests also took commemorative photos with the students.
