PTI utilizing KP’s public funds for futile gatherings: Muqam

Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Amir Muqam on Wednesday criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for allegedly using public funds of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for futile and flop political gatherings across the province.
In a statement, the President of Pakistan Muslim League (N) KP said the PTI leadership convened a session of the KP Assembly in a stadium, terming it a “political drama” and a misuse of public resources.
He added that PTI has already faced failure in public gatherings in Kohat, Hayatabad, and Mardan, which reflects the party’s decline in public and worker support.
Muqam unveiled that over the past 13 years, PTI has failed to effectively address key issues such as terrorism, unemployment, and development in the province.
He said this political party’s performance in KP has “zero,” trying to engage in politics by politicking on non-issues.
He also remarked that the KP assembly session was held in a stadium so that “no one has to go to Adiala jail.”
