CPHGC Marks International Women’s Day with community outreach in Gaddani

In a heartfelt gesture to mark International Women’s Day, China Power Hub Generation Company (CPHGC) carried out a community outreach initiative at the TCF School in, Gaddani, Baluchistan reaffirming its commitment to women’s empowerment and social responsibility.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, CPHGC distributed thoughtfully prepared hundreds of care packages among families from Gaddani and nearby areas.
The packages included essential hygiene items such as sanitary pads, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, cleaning wipes, body wash, and head scarves/shawls. The distribution was organized at the TCF School to ensure easy access for local women and families.
The event was not limited to distribution alone. An interactive awareness session was also held at the school, where local women and teachers actively participated.
The discussion focused on hygiene, health, and women’s role in the family & society, highlighting the idea that a healthier woman leads to a healthier family, and ultimately, a healthier society. Participants shared their concerns openly, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere.
In addition to the awareness session, the event also became a moment of connection and encouragement.
Many women shared how small gestures like these make them feel seen and valued. Teachers at the school appreciated the initiative, noting that such engagements not only address practical needs but also boost confidence among young girls.
