Court revokes arrest warrants of Asad Qaisar

Arrest warrants of PTI leader and former speaker National Assembly Asad Qaisar has been cancelled by Islamabad District and Sessions court in PTI protest case..
Judicial magistrate Muhammad Azhar Nadim cancelled the arrest warrants.
Asad Qaisar appeared in the court along with his counsel Ayesha Khalid.
The court had issued arrest warrants due to his non appearance .
Trial of PTI protest case is pending hearing with the Judicial magistrate.
On the other side the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) approved interim bail of Asad Qaisar till November 7 in Sangjani protest case.
The court while restraining the authorities from arresting Asad Qaisar in the case issued notice to government besides seeking record of the case.,
Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC took up the case for hearing.
Hearing of the case was adjourned till November 7.
The court had cancelled bail of Asad Qaisar due to his non appearance in previous hearing.
