Ambassador Dr. Oumer calls on Maritime Minister

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan have explored possible prospects of maritime cooperation to enhance regional connectivity and boost bilateral trade. The important discussion to this end held during a meeting between H.E. Dr. Oumer Hussien Oba, Ambassador of Ethiopia to Pakistan, and H.E. Muhammad Junaid Anwar, Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs in Islamabad. The two sides agreed to establish institutional cooperation, exchange delegations and share technical expertise in maritime sector to further promote trade and investment between the two nations.
