Punjab governor meets Interior Minister

ISLAMABAD
Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider met with Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi on Sunday and discussed with him the country’s political situation as well as other matters of mutual interest.
The governor, on the occasion, congratulated Naqvi on Pakistani team’s win against South Africa in the T20 series. “Pakistan played excellent cricket and won the series,” he added.
Sardar Saleem stressed the need for working together for the country’s stability and progress. Speaking on the occasion, Naqvi said that the nation had to jell together for the sake of the country. “The need for unity and harmony has never been felt so strongly as it is being felt today,” he said, and added, “The civilian and the military leadership have together made accomplishments on every front.”
