PTI chairman Barrister Gohar has said weekly bazar of sentences should now come to end.
Weekly bazar of sentences should now come to end. Ruling through hatred will cause harm to Pakistan, he said this while talking to media men in Peshawar High Court (PHC) here Wednesday.
He held there was hearing of petitions related to disqualification of Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz and Abdul Latif on Wednesday. Election Commission (EC) has disqualified them illegally in these case.
He requested the court to hold hearing tomorrow. We have attached hope with the judiciary. We say to judiciary the justice should be seen to have been done.
He remarked what happened with Justice Tariq Jahangiri yesterday is sorrowful. No judge can be restrained from judicial duty. People have already lost much trust on judiciary.
Supreme Court should take action on this matter. Criminal cases of Imran Khan should be heard soon in Islamabad High Court.
Chairman PTI said people are highly disappointed now. It is requested to chief justice to initiate proceedings on our pending cases as per law.
He underlined had judiciary kept eye on subordinate courts, our 3 men would not have been awarded sentence of 100 years.
Now weekly bazar of sentences should come to end. Ruling the country under hatred will cause harm to Pakistan.
