KP CM fails to appear in court hearing; authorities ordered to produce him today

ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad while issuing again non bailable arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in arms and liquor recovery case has ordered police to arrest Ali Amin Gandapur and present him before it today (Tuesday).
The court rejected exemption from attendance plea of Ali Amin Gandapur as well.
Judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti issued arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur at the time when he did not appear despite last chance given by the court.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till today (Tuesday).
Case came up for hearing in district and sessions courts Islamabad led by Judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti Monday.
Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in the court.
He filed exemption from attendance plea of Ali Amin Gandapur due to his engagement in Senate election in KP.
The judge remarked get record statement of 342 otherwise we will abolish the right.
The lawyer said we give undertaking Ali Amin Gandapur will appear on next hearing in the court and record statement under 342. 7 accused have been acquitted from this case. Ali Amin Gandapur has also filed acquittal plea which has not been decided so far.
Judge Mubashar Hassan said Ali Amin Gandapur while standing in the court had assured to record statement under 342. Date was given as per desire of Ali Amin Gandapur .
Counsel Raja Izhar ul Hassan said Peshawar High Court (PHC) has approved bail plea of Ali Amin Gandapur in all cases. A date be given and he will record his statement under 342 on next hearing.
The judge said you should give your applications and we issue order within some time.
