PM to announce soon to scale down power tariff: FM

Finance Minister (FM) Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb has said Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif will soon announce to scale down electricity tariff.
“PM will soon announced to reduce power tariff. It will further promote national industry. Real estate, agriculture and retail sectors will be brought into tax net so that relief could be given to salaried class and manufacturing sector, he said this in an interview with Bloomberg on the sidelines of Boao Forum in China. He held Pakistan government is focusing on improving the economy. Government is pursuing the strategy of enhancing exports. He pointed out steps are being taken to lower power tariff under the leadership of PM.
An announcement is soon expected from PM in this regard. This step will promote manufacturing sector and enhance exports.
