Court stops entry of Mashal Yousufzai

RAWALPINDI
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has stopped entry of Mashal Yousufzai counsel for former chairman PTI in the court in GHQ attack case against PTI former chairman, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and other accused persons.
The court has ordered to refer the matter to KP Bar for making wrong statement.
The court has dismissed bail pleas of 3 accused nominated in the case.
The court has ordered to provide USPS of video evidence to the accused persons.
The court has adjourned the hearing of the case to record statement of 13th witness of prosecution.
Hearing of the case was adjourned till February 01.
The court dismissed acquittal pleas of Nasir Mehfooz, Umar Satti and Saad Siraj.
The court has sought reply from superintendent jail on the plea from Bushra Bibi for allowing her to watch the trial during hearing of the case.
The court has recorded statement of 13th witness of prosecution constable Khurram Ali.
The witness told recovery of all things including sticks and petrol bombs was made from the accused persons before him.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till February 01 after recording the statement of witness.
