Saif predicts apex court will dismiss Al-Qadir Trust case against Imran, Bushra Bibi

Advisor to the Chief Minister on information Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif has described the British High Court’s ruling in the 190 million pounds case as a significant blow to the “illegitimate government.” He emphasized that, according to the agreement, the funds in question were meant to be deposited in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
In a press statement here on Monday, Mr Saif furthered that the verdict in the Al-Qadir Trust case appeared to be driven by personal animosity and ill intentions. He predicted that, like other fabricated cases, this case would also be dismissed by the High Court.
“The truth behind the series of fake cases filed by the federal government is gradually being exposed,” Saif asserted, expressing confidence that this case would soon be dismissed as well.
The Advisor also commented on the ongoing legal battles, stating that after the case reaches the High Court, Maryam Nawaz and the Sharif family would be left disappointed. He praised PTI Chairman Imran Khan for courageously facing all fabricated charges.
“Imran Khan is not deterred by these baseless cases, and I am confident that the truth will ultimately prevail,” Saif said.
He reiterated that the federal government’s attempts to undermine Imran Khan through deceitful tactics would not succeed. “Imran Khan’s strength lies with the people, and no amount of malicious scheming can remove him from their hearts.
The “illegitimate federal government” has violated the Constitution and laws due to its personal vendetta against Imran Khan, but their dream of eliminating him and PTI will never come true,” Barrister Saif added.
