President orders effective measures for ‘complete elimination’ of terrorists

President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday instructed Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti to take effective measures and ensure the “complete elimination” of terrorism in response to the recent spate of violence across the country. In the latest flare-up of violence, dozens of militants affiliated with the banned BLA launched numerous attacks on Sunday midnight across Balochistan, targeting security personnel as well as civilians, particularly those hailing from Punjab.
