FGEHA’s upcoming commercial plots auction preparations enter final stage

An important meeting of the Auction Management Committee of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) was held to review the arrangements and preparations for the auction of commercial plots scheduled to be held on September 15 and 16, 2026.
The meeting reviewed progress on the decisions taken during the previous meeting and discussed the final arrangements for ensuring the successful, transparent and well-organized conduct of the auction. The responsibilities of the concerned departments and other administrative matters were also reviewed in detail. The positive response and growing interest from investors and business communities were also taken into consideration.
FGEHA is holding an auction of commercial plots on September 15 and 16, 2026, offering investment opportunities to investors, businesspersons, developers and individuals interested in commercial real estate. A variety of commercial plots located in the strategically important and rapidly developing sectors of G-13 and G-14, Islamabad, will be offered during the auction.
The auction will commence at 10:00 a.m. on both days at **Aura Grand, Margalla Enclave, Main Margalla Road, E-11, Islamabad.
Strong Interest from Investors
The upcoming auction has attracted positive and strong interest from investors and business circles. Sectors *G-13 and G-14* are among the important and rapidly developing areas of Islamabad, where commercial activities are expanding alongside the growing residential population.

The Authority is also offering *easy installment plans, a 10% discount on lump-sum payment*, and other facilities, making the auction more attractive for investors.

Similarly, various categories of commercial plots in *G-13* will also be offered for auction, including *Class-III and Modern Corporate/Office plots*. The growing population and expanding commercial activities in Sector G-13 make it an important location for commercial investment.
