Star-studded squads set to ignite DP World ILT20 Season 4

Cricket’s biggest names are set to take the field in the UAE as the DP World International League T20 Season 4 kicks off today with a marquee clash between reigning champions Dubai Capitals and Desert Vipers at the Dubai International Stadium—a thrilling rematch of last year’s final.
All six franchises have finalized their squads following player retentions and the league’s inaugural Player Auction in October, assembling teams that blend international superstars with the finest UAE and Associate Nation talent. Squad regulations require a minimum of 11 players from ICC Full Member countries, four from the UAE, one from Kuwait, one from Saudi Arabia, and two from other ICC Associate Nations. Teams were also allowed direct and wildcard signings to further strengthen their rosters.
The season will be launched with a glittering opening ceremony, headlined by renowned singer Ali Zafar. Stadium gates open at 4:00 PM, with the first ball scheduled for 6:45 PM.
Some of the biggest names in cricket will light up the tournament this season, including Phil Salt, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Sam Curran, Lockie Ferguson, Naseem Shah, Shimron Hetmyer, Rovman Powell, Mustafizur Rahman, Jordan Cox, Moeen Ali, Pathum Nissanka, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Kieron Pollard, Nicholas Pooran, Andre Fletcher, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Tim David, Dinesh Karthik, Sikandar Raza, Johnson Charles, and Adil Rashid.
