Shifting of Bushra Bibi from Banigala to Adiala jail

ISLAMABAD
The court resented again over absence of lawyer Usman Gul during hearing of petition regarding shifting of Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder from sub jail Bani Gala to Adiala jail.
Justice Miangul hassan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court (IHC) remarked this is no basis for plea for adjournment of the hearing. I am giving last chance. If he does not appear on next hearing then I will announce the decision.
The petition seeking shifting of Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala sub jail to Adiala jail came up for hearing before justice Miangul hassan Aurangzeb Tuesday.
The court annoyed over again absence of Usman Gul counsel for Bushra Bibi.
Justice Miamgul hasan Aurangzeb remarked I am again saying both the sides are playing politics with the court.
State counsel said it is request of respondents that some more time be given.
Our talks are underway. It is hoped we will reach reconciliation soon.
Justice Miangul hassan Aurangzeb remarked court is worried about the pendency of the case.
The court remarked they file writ. When they see relief is going to be provided then they start game.
The counsel Chaudhry Khalid said Usman Gul is in district court in Iddat Nikah case.

The court adjourned the hearing till May.
