Saif questions ‘Nawaz Sharif’s Silence’ on Modi’s role in Kashmir killings

Advisor to the Chief Minister on Information and Public Relations Barrister Mohammad Saif has called on the federal government to stop making noise against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and instead demand a clear stance from their party president, Nawaz Sharif, regarding Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a statement issued from his office Barrister Saif on Monday questioned whether Modi was Nawaz Sharif’s weakness or necessity, highlighting the former prime minister’s continued silence on Modi’s actions.
He pointed out that Nawaz Sharif has yet to condemn Modi, the man responsible for the killing of Kashmiris, despite once hosting him at Jati Umra.
The Information Advisor further stated that both the Pakistani public and the armed forces stand united against India. He emphasized that Nawaz Sharif’s silence during the current situation was evidence of his alignment with Modi.
“By refusing to speak against the Indian Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif and his supporters were demoralizing a Pakistani nation that was otherwise united against Indian aggression,” he added.
Mr Saif made it clear that PTI and the Pakistan Army were on the same page when it comes to taking a firm stance against Modi and Indian hostilities.
