Probationary officers from Civil Services Academy visit ANF headquarters

As part of 53rd Common Training Programme (CTP), a 15x member delegation comprising Probationary Officers from Civil Services Academy, Lahore, visited Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force (ANF).
Participants were given a detailed briefing by Director Enforcement Brigadier Syed Imran Ali. The briefing covered ANF’s organizational structure, its centrality towards combating the menace of drugs, ANF’s special CN campaigns and its key achievements during current year. Besides ANF’s ongoing operational campaigns, its public awareness initiatives, and collaboration with national and international stakeholders were also highlighted. The participants were informed that in order to save national youth, ANF is running a special counter-narcotics (CN) campaign in educational institutes(EIs). The purpose is to promote anti-drugs awareness amongst the students, faculty and administrative staff of EIs besides engaging with the parents & community.
Towards the end, Director General ANF Major General Abdul Moeed, HI(M) held an interactive session in which he answered all the questions asked by the participants and emphasized the need for joint efforts towards a drug-free society. DG ANF expressed hope that Civil Services Academy’s visit would enhance the professional capabilities of Probationary Officers. The delegation appreciated ANF’s professionalism, dedication, and continued service toward national security and the protection of youth.
