PHC grants protective bail to PTI leader Nadia Khattak till Jan 21

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted protective bail to PTI leader Nadia Khattak till January 21 besides ordering for not arresting her in any case. The petition regarding protective bail and details of cases against PTI leader Nadia Khattak came up for hearing Tuesday.
Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel and justice Dr Khurshid Iqbal heard the petition. The court sought report on details of cases against the petitioner from federal government and other institutions.
The court while granting protective bail to Nadia Khattak till January 21 ordered for not arresting her in any case registered against her.
The counsel for the petitioner said cases have been registered against the petitioner but details have not been provided. Justice Kamran Hayat remarked we are seeking details of cases from federation.
The court summoned the report from government and other respondents regarding cases registered against the petitioner on next hearing.
