Pakistan, Tajikistan emphasize to strengthen ties

Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has said Pakistan and Tajikistan maintain close coordination at international forums, especially the SCO and OIC.
Talking to the Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives of Tajikistan, Fazali Idizoda in Baku, the Chairman Senate highlighted the importance of strengthening parliamentary linkages.
Both the sides emphasized to further strengthening bilateral relations and inter-parliamentary cooperation. They also expressed satisfaction over the growing cooperation in the defence sector.
In another meeting with Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia Nino Tsilosani, Chairman Senate discussed the prospects of enhancing parliamentary cooperation and partnerships in diverse fields.
