Orders issued to arrest and present Gandapur before court

ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has ordered to arrest Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur and present him before it due to his persistent non appearance in the court.
The court has ordered SSP Operations to arrest and present before it Ali Amin Gandapur due to non appearing by him persistently in the court in illegal arms and recovery of alcohol case.
Judicial magaistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti heard the case.
Investigation officer of the case did not appear in the court.
Raja Zahoor ul Hassan advocate counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur too did not appear in the court.
The judge while expressing annoyance remarked neither the accused nor advocate appeared.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 21.
