NATO’s Rutte says Ukraine must be in strongest possible position in peace talks

BRUSSELS: NATO’s Secretary General Mark Rutte on Wednesday said it was good that peace talks to end the war in Ukraine were ongoing, but that it was necessary to make sure Ukraine was in the strongest possible position.
