Mehhria Town Annual Employee Award ceremony held
ATTOCK: The Annual Employee Awards Event 2024 of Mehria Town held to acknowledge the passion and perseverance of the workers and to encourage healthy competition among them.
CEO The Centaurus and President IDA, Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Among other noted guests who attended the ceremony and addressed included Managing Director (MD) of Khattak Sons Pvt. Ltd, Omais Khattak, CEO of Tesla Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Amir Hussain, Director of Karachi Steel, Mr. Umar Hussain Malik, Executive Member of Islamabad Chamber, Rana Qaisar, MD Al-Kausar Flour & Gen Mills, Muhammad Shakir, Hafiz Bilal and Kashif Butt.
Mehria is an institution for promoting investment in real estate schemes and developing housing schemes of high standard in Attock City. It is a joint platform of Buyers and Sellers of eventually benefit with the dividends of their transparent deals.
The event commenced with a project brief on Mehria Town, followed by a prize distribution ceremony. Umrah tickets were awarded to various employees of Mehria Town, along with other prizes and shields. Kashif Butt was honored with the Pride of Performance award a shield.
Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan while congratulating the award recipient said the real estate was an important sector of the economy that had been contributing significantly to the development of Pakistan.
After agriculture, it is Pakistan’s second largest source of employment. Apart from direct employment, it boosts demand in over 400 sectors, ranging from construction (cement, steel, paint, building materials, architects, and urban planners) to financial services (house financing). Real estate has the potential to become Pakistan’s biggest contributor to GDP, he said.
He praised the Mehria Town project, its significance in addressing current trends in the Pakistani real estate market, including increased demand for residential properties, rising commercial real estate investments, and the growth of smart cities.
Projects like Mehria Town play a crucial role in creating affordable luxury houses for the middle class.
Malik Javed Akhtar CEO Mehria Town Private Limited expressed gratitude to Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan for his contributions to the business community, especially in the real estate sector. Malik Javed Akhtar presented a shield to Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan.
