Meeting held between PTI-backed founder: CM KP

Advisor to Chief Minister for Information, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif on Saturday said that a meeting was held between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI-backed founder and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Khan Gandapur in Adiala Jail.
Important political matters were discussed during the meeting. Consultations took place regarding the Senate elections, particularly concerning the nominations from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said Barrister Saif. He said that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur got approval from PTI’s founder for the nominations from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the Senate elections.
He said that party chief was briefed in detail by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur regarding the meeting with the Prime Minister, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming FIFC meeting.
He said that PTI’s founder instructed the Chief Minister to continue efforts for provincial rights, underscoring discussions on various federal platforms.
Discussions during the meeting also covered matters concerning peace and security in the province. Party chief also condemned North Waziristan attack on security forces.
Imran Khan directed the Chief Minister to take all necessary measures to improve the security situation in the province, emphasizing cooperation with security agencies in security matters.
Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur briefed Imran Khan on the restoration of the health card and the Ramadan package, receiving positive acknowledgment from party chief, Barrister Said added.
