KP Agri minister reiterates to remain united beyond party politics for peace in Karak

Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Agriculture Major® Muhammad Sajjad Barkwal has said that Karak district is the most peaceful district of the province in terms of peace and its people are also the most peace-loving. Therefore, no one will be allowed to spoil the peaceful environment of District Karak, he added. This he said while addressing the national-level “Aman Paswan” in Karak district on Sunday. Shahid Khan Khattak MNA, former Senator Mushtaq Ahmed, Chairman DDAC Karak Khursheed Khattak MPA, former members of the Assembly and noted national leaders also addressed the Aman Paswan. Demands of the Aman Pasoon included giving powers to the CTD, early recovery of the abductees and protecting the peaceful environment of Karak from deterioration. The Agriculture Minister said that peace is the need of all of us and we will remain united beyond personal and party politics for the cause of peace and deal with the enemies of peace together. The minister said that the land of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its people cannot afford any more unrest. He, while referring to the peace of Karak, said that the Khattak tribe has always supported the state in every matter, so it is the responsibility of the state to protect its people from unrest. The Minister supported the decisions of the management committee of the Aman Pasoon and said that we are all one for peace and no one can separate us from each other for this important cause.
Addressing the people of Karak, Barakwal said that we all should not be oblivious to the current situation, otherwise destruction will be our destiny. Today, we have to send a message to the anti-peace forces that we are not a heedless nation but are ready to go to any extent for peace.
