Interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry extended till January 9 in five cases

LAHORE
Interim bail of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry has been extended till January 9 in five cases.
Adman Judge Manzar Ali Gill of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has heard different cases against Fawad Chaudhry.
Fawad Chaudhry did not appear in the court despite expiry of period of interim bail. The counsels filed one day exemption plea .
The petition said Fawad Chadhry is unwell and is admitted into hospital.
The court while approving one day exemption plea sought arguments from the counsel of Fawad Chaudhry in connection with bails on next hearing./
Fawad Chaudhry is charged with inciting workers to siege and arson and torching police vehicles.
Three cases of setting ablaze police vehicles in chowk near Jinnah House are registered against him. He has too obtained interim bail in the case of attack on Club chowk GOR gate.
He is also on interim bail in the case of torching police vehicles in Mughalpura.
All the cases were registered in police stations Sarwar road and Mughalpura.
