A Roadmap for People-Centered, Sustainable and Innovative Growth

Faisal Town Group (FTG) has formally launched its Vision 2040, a long-term roadmap focused on people-first development, sustainability, and technology-driven transformation.
Speaking at the ceremony, FTG Chairman Chaudhry Abdul Majeed said the real estate sector contributes billions to national revenue, adding that over 2,000 employees are part of the group. He reaffirmed FTG’s commitment to safeguarding investors’ hard-earned money through secure and sustainable projects, stressing that Pakistan urgently needs planned and organized development led by the private sector only proper planning can assure Foreign Investment.
Vision 2040 positions FTG as one of Pakistan’s few private conglomerates adopting a structured sustainability and innovation agenda for the next two decades . The framework spans multiple sectors, including real estate, healthcare, education, hospitality, media, and technology.
Key priorities announced include:
Human Development
Establishing Centres of Excellence for leadership and skills development
Annual youth scholarships
Ensuring 30% women’s participation across the FTG workforce
Climate and Sustainability
Planting minimum one tree per kanal developed
Launch of the FTG Green Pakistan Initiative
Urban reforestation, water conservation, and large-scale plantation drives
Collaboration with international environmental bodies such as WWF, IUCN, UNDP, and Water.org
Annual sustainability reporting for transparency
Innovation and Technology
Setting up Innovation Centers with global tech partners
Launch of the FTG Innovation Lab for new product development
Adoption of AI, data systems, automation, and smart solutions across business units
Vision 2040 aims to create future-ready communities, strengthen climate resilience, promote gender inclusion, and embed advanced technology across FTG projects. The group says this blueprint aligns its business growth with global sustainability and innovation standards.
