ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad while ordering to give advertisement in the news paper against the KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in Azadi March vandalism case against him has summoned him on November 21.
The court has initiated proceedings of section 87 of Criminal procedure to declare KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur proclaimed offender.
Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain heard the case. The court has summoned Ali Amin Gandapur through advertisement on November 21.
It is pertinent to mention here the court has issued non bailable arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur.
