CM vows to make KP model of justice, transparency in line with Imran’s vision

PESHAWAR
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi declared that the core of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) politics revolves around justice, rule of law, and public service rather than power, describing the provincial government as a “mission” to realize Imran Khan’s dream of a sovereign and prosperous Pakistan.
The remarks came during a meeting at the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar with a large delegation from PTI Attock, led by PTI leader Major Tahir Sadiq and Iman Tahir. The group, comprising over 500 workers and more than 60 Chairmen, congratulated Afridi on his appointment and extended best wishes.
Welcoming the visitors with warmth, Afridi pledged to transform KP into an exemplary, transparent, peaceful, and people-friendly province. “This is not just a government but a mission to establish a self-reliant Pakistan where justice and merit prevail,” he said, emphasizing PTI’s commitment to principled politics and constitutional freedom.
The Chief Minister highlighted that his appointment as a young tribal leader has injected fresh energy into party workers nationwide, marking a new era of unity and public empowerment under Imran Khan’s vision.
In a related development, the KP Administration Department issued an official notification allocating portfolios to provincial cabinet members on the Chief Minister’s directives.
