SC returns petition against transfer of IHC judges without objection

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has returned silently without objection the petition filed by Lahore High Court Bar against the transfer of 3 judges from Islamabad High Court (IHC) to other courts. Hamid Khan will file appeal against this step. Hemid Khan told the media registrar office has returned the petition without objections. His advocate on record has told him. Upon it he is seeing the matter. If the court did not want to hear then it would have returned it with reasons. He will file appeal in this regard that how this petition has been returned. Even its reasons have not been given. It is pertinent to mention here Lahore High Court Bar had filed petition in SC through Hamid Khan against the transfer of judges .
