PAF reaches final of All Pakistan Inter-Services Football Tournament

KARACHI
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) football team has stormed into the final of the All Pakistan Inter-Services Football Tournament on the strength of its outstanding performance, determination, and exceptional teamwork. The spirited PAF side outclassed the Pakistan Army in a thrilling contest held in Karachi, earning a well-deserved place in the tournament’s grand finale. The tournament, played on a league basis, saw PAF finish at the top of the table with four points, while Pakistan Army secured second place with three points and Pakistan Navy ended in third with one point. The much-anticipated final and decisive clash between PAF and Pakistan Army will be played tomorrow, where both sides will battle for the championship title.
Speaking to the media, PAF head coach and former national team captain Muhammad Arshad praised his players for their extraordinary performance and unity on the field.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, our players displayed exceptional commitment and skill. Every member of the squad gave their best for the team’s success, executing the game plan with great discipline and precision,” he said. Coach Arshad acknowledged the strength of the opposing teams, saying,
Pakistan Army and Navy both have strong teams, but our players showed remarkable determination and team spirit that truly deserve appreciation. I had prepared them both physically and mentally, and I was confident that, with Allah’s help, we would succeed — and Alhamdulillah, we did.
He added that the PAF team is now fully focused on claiming the championship trophy. Insha’Allah, the Air Force Falcons will lift the title and raise the flag of victory once again,” he expressed with confidence. PAF’s exceptional performance has not only boosted the morale of the team but also won the hearts of football fans across the country.
