NA speaker seeks record of Mehmood Achakzai speeches against armed forces, judiciary

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly (NA) Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq has sought record of the speeches delivered by Mehmood Achakzai against armed forces and superior judiciary. The sources said with reference to matter of appointing Mehmood Achakzai as opposition leader Speaker NA Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq has sought record of Mehmood Achakzai speeches against armed forces and judiciary. Speaker NA reviewed different clauses of article 62 and 63 of the constitution. According to sources armed forces and judges of superior judiciary cannot be criticized as per constitution of Pakistan. Earlier speaker has issued orders for verification of signatures of 74 MNAs who have nominated Achakzai as opposition leader. As per NA sources speaker has not taken any decision in connection with appointment of opposition leader in NA so far.
