Electricity tariff for K-Electric consumers is likely to be decreased by Rs 4.69 per unit. NEPRA has started hearing K-Electric petition. Relief amounting to Rs 7.17 billion is likely to be afforded to K-Electric consumers in the event of approval of petition. It is pertinent to mention here K-Electric has made request for scaling down tariff of electricity by Rs 4.69 per unit under monthly fuel price adjustment.
