Counsel for PTI founder completes cross examination of 4th witness of FIA

Counsel for PTI former chairman has completed cross examination of 4th witness of FIA in Toshakhana-2 case against PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi for acquiring precious Bulgari jewelry set from Toshakhana.
The case came up for hearing in the court of special judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand Friday.
The court while expressing resentment over non presence of Bushra Bibi and her counsel remarked if counsel for the accused does not appear on next hearing then their right to cross examination will be ended under adverse action.
Former chairman PTI was presented in the court. But Bushra Bibi and her counsel did not appear.
Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan sisters of Imran Khan and counsels Faisal Chaudhry , Mishal Yousufzai, Ali Ejaz Buttar were present on this occasion.
3 witnesses from FIA appeared in the court.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 14 following completion of cross questioning of FIA witness.
