‘Focused only on Pakistan and want its success’: COAS

Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir stated that “our agenda is solely Pakistan,” emphasising that they are focused exclusively on the country’s success.
According to Express News, this statement was made during a luncheon hosted by President Asif Ali Zardari in honor of Chinese Premier Li Qiang, who is in Pakistan for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. General Munir also attended the luncheon.
When journalists asked the army chief about his expectations from the SCO conference, he reiterated, “Our agenda is solely Pakistan; we are focused only on Pakistan and want its success.”
