PTI founder, Bushra Bibi to be indicted in Toshakhana-2 Bulgari jewelry case on Oct 5

RAWALPINDI
Special judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand has once again adjourned till October 5 proceedings to indict PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana -2 case of receiving Bulgari jewelry.
The proceedings has been adjourned on the request of PTI founder to court to allow him to make consultations with his counsels.
During the hearing of the case both the accused, their counsels and lawyers of FIA were present in the court.
The former chairman PTI told the court he was not allowed to make consultations with his lawyers. Therefore, time be given to him for consultations with his lawyers as he will decide after consultations about lawyer who will appear in the court in this case. The power of attorney have not been filed so far in this case for want of consultation.
The court accepted the plea and adjourned the hearing of the case till October 5 after allowing PTI founder to make consultations with his counsels.
On next hearing the accused will be indicted.
It is pertinent to mention here NAB had arrested both the accused in Toshakhana reference on July 13 this year.
