Pirzada hands over apartment keys to 1-16/3 allottees

Federal Minister for Housing and Works Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada has said that providing quality and affordable housing to federal government employees is the first priority. The government is determined to provide affordable housing facilities.
There is an urgent need to start more residential projects so that everyone can have their own roof, to promote maximum planting of trees in government residential projects. Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada also visited the apartments handed over to the allottees and praised the PHA Foundation officials for the successful completion of the project. He directed the PHA Foundation officials to start more projects for the low income people across the country.
Talking to the media, he said that all government housing projects The distribution of facilities will be ensured and no compromise will be made on the construction quality.
On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer PHA Foundation Shahid Hussain gave a detailed briefing to the Federal Minister about the 117-acre multi-storied residential project and said that The project has a total of 672 B-type and 912 E-type apartments for federal employees and general citizens.
The project also includes a commercial block with 51 shops. The residential project was completed in February 2023 after which 1416 B and E type were offered.
He said that 1,063 apartments have been handed over to the owners while 33 families have also taken up residence in the new apartments. 23 shops of the commercial block have been auctioned and the owners Possession is being given. Federal Minister for Housing and Works Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada congratulated the allatees on this occasion and listened to their concerns while talking to them.
Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada directed the PHA Foundation officials on the concerns of the allotments to ensure the provision of all facilities in the project and to adopt an adequate security system. The project also emphasized the need for plantation.
He also directed that all problems should be solved through mutual consultation of the allottees so that the allottees can benefit from a high quality residential facility.
