SSP holds open court at Matani police station

SSP Operations Masood Ahmed presided over an open court at Matani Police Station, which was attended by SP City Division Malik Habib Khan, DSP Budhbher Circle Zafar Khan, SHOs, local elders, scholars, and people from various walks of life.
During the open court, participants apprised SSP Operations of regional issues, security concerns, and peace-related matters. They also presented suggestions to curb narcotics, illegal weapons, and social evils.
SSP Operations thanked the participants and acknowledged the sacrifices made by the people of Matani during the recent wave of terrorism.
He emphasized that addressing public issues promptly is the top priority of Peshawar Police, utilizing all available resources.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Operations announced a zero-tolerance policy against land mafia, usury, dangerous narcotics, and illegal weapons.
He said the open court aimed to bridge the gap between police and the public, encouraging community policing.
SSP Operations urged the public to cooperate with the police in identifying and combating criminal elements.
Participants pledged to play their part in establishing a peaceful society and combating crime.
