Judgment on bail plea of Imran, Bushra Bibi in another case reserved

ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has reserved judgment on bail plea of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in another case which will be announced on November 18.
The bail plea in another case in respect of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi came up for hearing in district sessions court Islamabad led by additional sessions judge Afzal Majoka Wednesday.
Judge remarked PTI founder was to appear through video link. Issue directives to central jail authorities to present Imran Khan through video link.
Counsel Suleman Safdar said court should stern order and then PTI founder will be presented through video link.
There are five accused in the case including PTI founder, Bushra Bibi, Shahzad Akbar and Farah. Only two accused have been granted bail while the others have not been granted bail. Allegation came that the accused committed fraud and provided fake receipts.
Judge inquired from the counsel only one word that was presented is therein.
Counsel Suleman Safdar said the prosecution will tell this why “ was presented” was written.
Judge Afzal Majoka inquired what investigation has been made by you till one and half year. The real prosecutor has run away where.
Prosecutor said he is in Anti Terrorism Court.
