ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected contempt of court plea for not arranging meeting with Imran Khan in Adiala jail despite court orders. IHC has dismissed the petition being not contested. Justice Raja Amin Minhas of IHC took up for hearing petition filed by provincial minister KP Sohail Afridi Wednesday. No one appeared in the court during the hearing on behalf of the petitioner. The court dismissed the contempt of court plea against Adiala Jail superintendent being not pursued.
