Peshawar’s Teqball Champions Return Home Victorious

Peshawar’s dynamic teqball duo, Hidayat Ur Rehman and Kamran, have returned home triumphant after showcasing their skills at the International Championship held in Vietnam. Hidayat Ur Rehman, who also proudly represented Pakistan in the World Teqball Championship in Thailand, spoke to the media upon his arrival in Peshawar.
Rehman emphasized that while teqball may be relatively new in Pakistan, it enjoys widespread popularity worldwide. He lauded his own exceptional performance in both team and single events, with accolades pouring in from officials of the World Teqball and members of the organizing committee for the upcoming championship in Vietnam.
In his gratitude, Hidayat Ur Rehman recognized the pivotal role played by Mian Absar Ali, the founder President of the Pakistan Teqball Federation, along with the unwavering support from Chief Minister’s Advisor on Sports Syed Fakhar Jahan and DG Sports Abdul Nasir Khan. With determination in his voice, Hidayat Ur Rehman vowed to forge ahead, ensuring enhanced opportunities for the development of teqball and its players in Pakistan.
