Nawaz Sharif files petition in AC for returning Toshakhana vehicles reference to NAB

ISLAMABAD
Former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has filed petition in Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad praying the court to return Toshakhana vehicles reference to NAB.
NAB has sought time for reviewing and replying to the plea by Nawaz Sharif for returning the reference.
Toshakhana vehicles reference against president Asif Zardari, Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gillani came up for hearing in the AC Islamabad led by judge Abida Sajjad Wednesday.
The court while accepting the plea adjourned the hearing till November 7.
Rana Irfan pleader for Nawaz Sharif appeared in the court .
He told the court request has been made by Nawaz Sharif for returning the reference to NAB.
NAB sought time to give reply to Nawaz Sharif plea for returning the reference.
The court accepted NAB plea for filing the reply besides adjourning the hearing till November 7.
