Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved bail of journalist Mati Ullah Jan.
Judge Tahir Abbas remarked journalism stands devastated . It is disgraceful that journalist says to prosecutor they devour “haram”. Then Should it be said so too that journalists sell their thoughts.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the sale and purchase of narcotics case against Mati Ullah Jan here Saturday.
Copy of order of Islamabad High Court (IHC) was presented in the court.
The court completed the process of sending Mati Ullah Jan on judicial remand.
Counsel for Mati Ullah Jan said please hear our bail plea too.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra remarked “we issue notice. Prosecution will make preparations.
He further remarked “ I had said that day Journalism has been devastated on screens. It is duty of a person. You say to a person while he is coming out that he devours haram. In reply to it if this comes that you are too selling thoughts .
