77th Independence Day commemorated by NHMP

The 77th Independence Day was commemorated by the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) with various special rallies across the country.
In his message, IG NHMP Salman Chaudhry extended his congratulations to the nation and the officers on the 77th Independence Day of Pakistan.
He offered prayers for the safety, law and order, and for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs.
A flag-hoisting ceremony was held at the NHMP Headquarters in Islamabad, presided over by DIG (Headquarters) Asghar Ali. The event saw participation from senior police officers, employees, and children.
During his address, DIG Asghar Ali emphasized that the freedom of the homeland is the result of immense sacrifices, and it is crucial to make every possible effort to ensure the security and dignity of Pakistan.
He highlighted that love for the country is integral to one’s faith and urged everyone to contribute both individually and collectively to the nation’s survival, development, and prosperity.
He also congratulated the officers on Independence Day and stressed the importance of recognizing their duties and ensuring the equal implementation of the law on national highways and motorways. Special gifts were also distributed among the children attending the event.
