Youm-e-Istehsal observed at Embassy of Pakistan Damascus

Under the patronage of Umer Hayat Khan, Charge d’ Affairs (a.i) Embassy of Pakistan, Damascus observed Youm-e-Istehsal regarding Kashmir on 5th August, 2024 in the Embassy premises to voice support for the suppressed people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
During the event, Charge d’ Affairs briefed the audience about the background of the day and the disputed territory of Kashmir and the atrocities perpetrated by the Indian army in the occupied IIOJK.
He also read out messages of the President and Prime Miniter of Pakistan on this occasion.
The event was attended by officers/staff of the embassy and Pakistan international school of Damscus, Syrian dignitaries and large number of Pakistani Diaspora residing in Syria.
