IHC orders for recovering missing citizen Faizan till Thursday, making ISI respondent

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to recover missing citizen Faizan till Thursday and present him before it.
The court while ordering to make ISI respondent in recovery petition has directed sector commander ISI to assist IG Islamabad.
Justice Babar Sattar directed IG Islamabad to get trace phone number of the abducted person and his vehicle.
He issued these directives on Thursday.
The petition seeking recovery of the missing citizen Faizan Usman came up for hearing in the court Tuesday.
The court ordered to recover the abducted person till Thursday and make ISI respondent in the petition.
The court ordered sector commander ISI to assist IG Islamabad. The petitioner said people had come outside the home in vehicles.
They forcibly entered into house and searched it. I said to uniformed men I am serving Pakistan. Why you have come to my house.
They came out of my house with me and went to my institute. They sat over there. They asked for shutting the camera while sitting in the institute.
To my question they said leave it we have come from where.
The petitioner told he was asked his son has connections with his relative who is allegedly affiliated with a proscribed organization. That relative is husband of my daughter who lives in Lahore. They took away my son on the allegation of his connection with my son in law.
When they came on first day they asked from my son about Jehad. My son told them he is student, Jehad is not his job and it is job of government. After lifting my son they asked me if I go to law or media then it will not be good for my son.
Eyes of mother of the abducted Faizan became wet with tears in the court room saying they have lifted my son since last two months and they have not returned him so far.
I contacted them and made rounds of their offices but no heed was given to my plea. The court inquired from the petitioner how he made contact with them.
The petitioner told the court first of all a call came to me from unknown phone number and whats app of my son was on.
They took away my devices and all of my all family members. Some footages are with us wherein a vehicle bearing number of Quetta can be seen. One dalla and some private vehicles continued to come to my house.
They have taken away from my house laptop, make book, two Iphones and DVR of institute. They were about 10 to 15 people. There was no policeman among them.
To my guess they were ISI men. They kept on coming to my house and institute for two days and investigating. My son in law is too missing. He was lifted earlier. We have made defence ministry respondent.
The court while ordering to recover the abducted person adjourned the hearing till Thursday.
