Islamabad High Court (IHC) while declaring detention of PTI worker Sanam Javed has disposed of the petition on the statement of AGP. AGP has assured the court Sanam Javed will not be arrested in any case further. Sanam Javed is now free and she can go to her province. Counsel for Sanam Javed assured the court Sanam Javed will not use improper language further in future. The petition seeking court’s order for declaring Sanam Javed arrest illegal and for her release came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Thursday.
AGP gave statement in the court that Sanam Javed will not be arrested in any other case now. He said Sanam Javed is now free and she can go to her province.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked I saw on internet Sanam Javed uses highly inappropriate language.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired from the counsel do you give guarantee Sanam Javed will not use inappropriate language now.
The counsel Mian Ishfaq yes Sanam Javed will not use inappropriate words in future.
The IHC wile declaring the arrest of Sanam Javed illegal disposed of the petition seeking release of Sanam Javed.
