Governor KP visits Governor House Sindh to discuss political, economic, security situations

PESHAWAR
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Sunday arrived at the Governor House Sindh, Karachi, where he was warmly received by Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori.
The meeting between the two governors included discussions on various aspects of political, economic, and security situations in both provinces.
They exchanged views on trade and public welfare matters between KP and Sindh. Educational standards, university affairs, financial matters, and administrative issues were also deliberated upon during their one-on-one meeting.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi emphasized KP’s efforts to maintain peace and security, stating, “Peace is essential for progress and prosperity not only in KP but across the country.”
He highlighted the significance of improving business connectivity between Karachi and KP, particularly along the border, to facilitate trade. Governor Faisal Kundi also acknowledged the active role of KP’s large population in Karachi’s business sector.
He stressed the need for providing facilities to KP’s business community residing in Sindh to promote business growth.
Governor Faisal Kundi underscored KP’s importance as a province rich in tourism potential and strategic geographical location.
Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori assured for all kinds of cooperation.
The meeting concluded with mutual optimism for enhancing cooperation between KP and Sindh across various sectors, aiming to foster economic development and stability in the region.
